“ Went for dinner on a Thursday. The restaurant is very small so don't walk in like I did and instead get a reservation! Everything we ate that night was amazing. The brisket sandwich was one of the best I've ever had and the ribs were cooked perfectly as they fell off the bones. The buttercream pie at the end was very satisfying to eat and the perfect way to wrap up a delicious dinner. ”

Poutine and and potato salad deserve a highlight because they were our favorites. Drink menu had great options and we loved our cocktails. Overall, food, drinks and service were fantastic. “ The atmosphere was great and cozy. The food was delicious, especially the 5 napkins burger and the wing are to die for. Fries are crispy and BBQ sauce is slightly spicy to perfection! And the buttermilk pie is awesome! Staff is really nice and the service is great. 1 con: The rose wine wasn’t that good and the place is supra tiny, you’ll feel the cold breeze each time someone comes in or leaves the restaurant. “ This family owned BBQ joint is an absolute jewel in Montreal. If you are in town and want to experience some of the best bbq in Canada, this is the place. As a BBQ enthusiast that has been to many of the famous Texas smokehouses, I can say that this place stacks up against them and is arguably better than some in Texas that I have visited. They make all their own sauces and they are some of the best I’ve ever had. The ribs, chicken and pulled pork were second to none. Sadly they were sold out of the brisket burnt ends but that speaks to how amazing they must be. If you are in Montreal give this hidden gem a try, I promise you will not be disappointed. ”
